I am pleased to announce my candidacy for Mayor of Carling Township. My wife and I live on Remy Bay Road on a family property my grandparents developed in the late 50's. Carling is a beautiful place and a natural sanctuary, where we work, live and connect with nature. As your mayor, I will ensure we take proactive steps to protect these natural resources for future generations.

ABOUT ME
I hold a BSc from the University of Guelph and have extensive experience in budgeting and project management. In the agriculture and municipal sector, I am recognized as a consensus builder and a proactive problem solver. My work with provincial governments and agricultural organizations has equipped me with valuable insights into local and regional issues and collaborations. My background includes:
- 4 years as a Carling Councillor
- Board member and Treasurer of Harvest Share Food Bank (Parry Sound)
- Volunteer with Workplace Health and Prevention Services (WSPS)
- BSc in Fisheries Science from the University of Guelph
- Business owner, 22 years as a primary agricultural producer
- Involvement in provincial boards and committees 17 years of experience with provincial agriculture organizations as a project manager, consensus builder, policy analyst, and educator.
I have consistently engaged with the communities I’ve lived in, serving as President and Treasurer of my local sports and homeowners associations.
